Don Ho's Island Grill: 1) Ahi Poke Lettuce Cup, served in a lettuce cup and topped with a sea asparagus slaw; 2) Lomilomi Salmon Risotto Lollipops, which consists of deep fried lomilomi salmon risotto served on a skewer, along side a sweet chili aioli sauce.

Formaggio Grill : 1) Braised shortribs; 2)  Celery root mashed potatoes.

Roy's Restaurant:  1) Braised honey mustard pork pot roast or; 2) Okinawan Sweet Potato Puree.
